I'm a fractional consultant and operational leader with over 15 years of experience helping organizations cut through complexity and deliver results that last.

My career spans insurance, aerospace, education, manufacturing and civic organizations, leading large-scale transformation initiatives, building high-performing teams, and designing the systems that make sustainable change possible. Before founding SimplexityPM, I served in progressive leadership roles including global work across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

I founded SimplexityPM on a simple belief: every organization deserves access to senior-level expertise without the full-time price tag. I bring the same rigor and strategic thinking as the big firms, with the responsiveness and accountability of a trusted partner who is genuinely invested in your success. My approach integrates Lean discipline, Agile flexibility, and executive coaching; helping leaders navigate change, align their teams, and build the operational clarity to move fast without breaking things.

I hold an MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. I'm also deepening my practice through the Shingo Institute's Model for Enterprise Excellence in partnership with IgniteXcellence — because I believe the best consultants never stop learning. Outside of work, I volunteer as VP of Professional Development for PMI Portland Chapter, am an active Rotarian, and speak English and Spanish natively. I'm also the founder of SPARK (Strategic Partners Amplifying Real Knowledge), a peer community for solopreneurs built on shared growth and authentic collaboration. Through SPARK, I've cultivated a vetted network of independent experts I can draw on to bring the right expertise to every client engagement.
