Hi, I’m Jahzeel — a transformation leader, consultant, and problem-solver who believes business doesn’t have to be complicated to be powerful.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped organizations turn strategy into results — aligning vision, people, and process so teams can focus on what really matters. I’ve led teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe, guiding organizations through change with structure, flexibility, and a global perspective.

I started SimplexityPM to help people and organizations make sense of complicated challenges — whether it’s untangling a messy process, bringing a leadership team onto the same page, or turning a new idea into reality. We bring together practical leadership, clear processes, and thoughtful strategy, using Lean, Agile, and human-centered approaches, and tap a network of trusted experts to make sure every client gets the right support for their unique situation.

Outside of work, my family shapes how I see and engage with the world. My daughter’s love of soccer and my son’s passion for fencing inspire curiosity, discipline, and joy in learning. My husband, who has been my partner for over 25 years, is a daily reminder of the value of long-term commitment and teamwork. Together, we focus on teaching our kids about community service and giving back, while I channel these values into my work helping businesses create lasting, positive impact.

Post-pandemic, running became a personal passion that quickly grew into a way to connect community. Leading a growing local running group has shown me firsthand how shared experiences bring people together, reinforcing the same principles I bring to business: connection, collaboration, and purposeful action.

 

Living abroad and exploring new cultures has also shaped my perspective — influencing how I cook, travel, and approach challenges with curiosity and creativity, always looking for ways to make a meaningful difference.
